Personal data we process
Inc management processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these data to us yourself.
Below is an overview of the personal data we process:
- First and last name - as you provide when creating your account, as others recognize you on clubalmanac.com
- Email address - which you use to log in, and which we use to communicate with you, for example if you forget your password
- Location information - from the photos you share on clubalmanac
- Photos you share within the groups you are a member of
Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. Therefore, we encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities to avoid collecting data about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact us at wouter@clubalmanac.com and we will delete this information.

Inc management processes your personal data for the following purposes:

How long we keep personal data
Inc management stores your personal data no longer than strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected. As long as your account exists at clubalmanac, we will keep your data. If you delete your account, we will also delete all your personal data.

Inc management shares your personal data with third parties as necessary to execute the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Inc management remains responsible for this processing.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself via the personal settings of your account, on the website or in the app. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by our company and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have on you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.

To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID along with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. Inc management will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at least within four weeks.

How we secure personal data
Inc management takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
